Legal form. LIVAO is, at the time of writing, a project in formation operated by its founder. When you sign up for the founding list, register interest as an investor, or apply to join the team, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name and email address, and anything you choose to write in a message field. We do not collect more than what you submit, and we don't buy or import contact lists from third parties.
We use this information to (a) send you the confirmation and updates you signed up for, (b) follow up personally on investor or team-application interest, and (c) understand, in aggregate, how many people are engaging with LIVAO before launch. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, for any reason.
Email signups and confirmation are processed through Brevo, an EU-based email and CRM provider. Your email address and any details you submit through our forms are stored there so we can send you the messages you asked for and reply to your inquiry. You can ask us to remove your data at any time — just write to the contact address above.
Where we use analytics, we use a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not store personal data or IP addresses, and does not track you across websites or devices. We use only aggregate, anonymous numbers — like how many people visited and which pages they read. We deliberately do not use Google Analytics or any tool that builds an advertising profile of you.
Under Swiss data protection law (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies that may be set are strictly technical (e.g. to remember that you've already signed up in this session) and contain no personal data.
