Legal form. LIVAO is currently operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) and is not yet entered in the commercial register, so there is no UID number yet. A formal legal entity (e.g. a Swiss GmbH or AG) will be registered as the company progresses; its commercial-register entry and UID number will be added here once available.

When you sign up for the founding list, register interest as an investor, or apply to join the team, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name and email address, and anything you choose to write in a message field. We do not collect more than what you submit, and we don't buy or import contact lists from third parties.
We use this information to (a) send you the confirmation and updates you signed up for, (b) follow up personally on investor or team-application interest, and (c) understand, in aggregate, how many people are engaging with LIVAO before launch. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, for any reason.
Email signups and confirmation are processed through Brevo, an EU-based email and CRM provider. Your email address and any details you submit through our forms are stored there so we can send you the messages you asked for and reply to your inquiry. You can ask us to remove your data at any time — just write to the contact address above.
This website and the small server function that passes form signups to Brevo are hosted by Vercel Inc., USA. When you visit the site, Vercel necessarily processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request in order to deliver the pages and keep them secure. This means data may be transferred to the USA. Vercel is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection for such transfers. See Vercel's privacy notice.
We measure visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you. Instead of identifying you, it uses a temporary anonymous hash derived from the request, which is discarded after 24 hours, so visits cannot be linked across days or across websites. We only see aggregate numbers, such as how many people visited and which pages they read. We deliberately do not use Google Analytics or any tool that builds an advertising profile of you. To display our typefaces, this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, a service of Google LLC, USA. Your browser connects to Google's servers for this, which transmits your IP address to Google. Google is certified under the Swiss-U.S. and EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.
Under Swiss data protection law (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR, you can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies that may be set are strictly technical (e.g. to remember that you've already signed up in this session) and contain no personal data.
